Biography

Joe Green is one of the early trailblazers for the Tiny Vet Home project. He has been working with Veterans on lifestyle and career coaching.

Joe is a USAF veteran who served 15 years active duty and is an inactive reservist ready for the call to duty at any time. Joe and his wife own multiple for-profit businesses, they have 4 children and both are very passionate about solving the veteran homeless crisis. Joe has served in multiple countries, 3 different states and has earned his undergrad and graduate degree along the way.

He is most proud of the lives he changed while serving in the United States Air Force as a Military Training Leader. He first enlisted into the USAF in the year 2002 and proudly carries on the core value of "Service Before Self." The Tiny Home Project is founded by his non-profit Green Oasis Dream Builders.

The primary mission is to help other veterans get a chance to revive their life and their dreams. Joe and his team reside in Northern California and spread through Nevada, Texas, and all the way to Florida.

The organization reaches coast to coast and the supports cover all 50 states. The vision is to ensure all veterans have a safe & dignified home to live in with the proper support and care from the veteran community.

Lyn Green

Executive Director

Biography

Lyn has dedicated her career to saving lives as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).

She is a retired USAF veteran after 20 years of committed service. She is a prior unit commander, graduated top of her class through Anesthesia school and continues her service as a medical provide today. In her position as a military commander she oversaw one of the Air Force's largest surgical units in the country.

Lyn has a passion for helping others and raising her children to be humbled servants to those who need help most. She recognizes everyone has a backstory and the only chapter that truly matters is the next to come.

As the executive Director Lyn utilizes her military experience and training to step up and get the job done. She helps create the organizations policies, structure and bylaws.

Among the board of leadership Lyn truly stands out as a leader, inspiration and a welcoming force for veterans to turn to when help is needed. She believes every veteran deserves a dignified life after service.

Donna Lee

Founder & Executive Chairman Of The Board

Biography

Donna Lee, a U.S. Navy retiree, is a leader in the veteran community of southern Nevada working with many nonprofits and organizations. She volunteers as the female mentor coordinator at the Henderson Veterans Treatment Court, where she works with Judge Mark Stevens and his team to assign mentors to veterans in the program. This essential work often proves pivotal to ensuring veterans graduate from the mentor program into a better future.

Lee also helps homeless veterans and first responders in connecting with their earned VA benefits. she is trained in the Suicide Prevention programs SafeTALK and A.S.I.S.T., which prepare her to assist any veteran struggling with mental health. Lee has been the organizer of many successful events as an active member of American War Mothers, Military Women Across the Nation, Nevada Women's Association, Disabled American Veterans, 22 Warriors Foundation, and the Race to Erase 22.

She has served as Vice President to the Vietnam Veterans of America, and as the CEO and President of Mentors Across America.

Rick James Jungkuntz

Biography

Rick is a humanitarian at heart that started his entrepreneurial path in the online marketing space set out to help small business adapt to modern marketing, automation and sales techniques.

He has grown multiple 6-7 figure companies from the ground up. Rick is a black belt in brazilian jiu jitsu and has spent the better part of 12 years teaching self defense tactics around the country.

Rick is passionate about helping under served communities and bringing attention and resources to help anyway that he can. Rick excels in getting the veteran’s story out and helping it resonate with the community.

Hal Eddins

Chief Outreach Officer (COO)

Biography

Hal Eddins, a seasoned Air Force veteran with 20 years of dedicated service to our country. Throughout his military career, he exemplified leadership, commitment, and a passion for supporting his fellow service members.

Having transitioned from active duty, Hal continues his mission to make a difference in the lives of veterans by advocating support for veterans needs. In this role, he brings invaluable insights, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by veterans as they reintegrate into civilian life.

Dave Lavallee

Chief Operations Officer

Biography

Dave has over 20 years of Air Force experience serving in both the enlisted corps and as a Commissioned Officer.

Having led small and large teams of up to 400 plus personnel he has made his niche in Cyber Operations defending U.S. National Interest.

Aside from his Military career, Dave is also a certified Master Resiliency Trainer educating service members and community members how to cope and build resilience across mental, physical, social and spiritual wellness domains.

He brings a passion and drive to help those in need and improve organizations to reach their peak performance.
